Hatha Yoga will include a full yoga practice that builds fitness, strength and flexibility through Asanas (postures) incorporated with Pranayama (breath work) that encourages mindfulness for overall health and vitality. This class will have a strong focus on body awareness and alignment and will offer some modification and progression and conclude in a final relaxation to absorb the benefits from this class.
